Electronics

Certificate and Career Studies Options

 

Purpose

This program is designed for entry/advancement in the electronics field. It provides a foundation for success and builds on the knowledge and skills of residential or industrial electricians. The program assists students in meeting the entry skill job requirements and provides the theory needed to advance to a higher level electronics program.

Admission Requirements

In addition to the general admission requirements to the College, students will be evaluated on an individual basis for entry into this program. Students who have some previous training in electricity/electronic troubleshooting or the use of electronic instruments may be granted advanced standing upon demonstration of proficiency.
